The Savoy Tel-Aviv, Sea Side

Excellent location. Great service.

Love the small boitique hotel and the location is amazing. Beach ia across the path although ee ahd a small room with a poor view it didn't bother us. Service was great and attentive. Breakfast was tasty and enough. I only deducted 1/2 a star because we had consistent problems with the key not working even after batteries being replaced

Lovely man checked us in and upgraded us from basic to executive room. I would have hated a room smaller than what we got! The room was adequate, the air conditioning didn’t work, but as soon as I reported it, a very nice and capable maintenance man arrived at despite the late hour and fixed it. The phone also didn’t work but I didn’t bother to report it. For all I know it was just unplugged. The cold mint water and coffee in the lobby were very nice touches. The location right next to the beach, but in a quiet side street, easy walk to Carmel Market and all attractions was unbeatable. The Israeli Grill, a minute away, on Allenby for huge laffa schwarmas was our favourite place for takeaways on the beach and hunger busters. Sorry, I only gave one star for eco friendliness because those little bottles of toiletries are so wasteful and should be replaced by large refillable pump packs in the bathroom. I know Israel has bigger problems than recycling, but the plastic waste everywhere really needs a cultural reset.

Loved this place! Super clean and tidy. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is super friendly. It’s also right next to the beach if you feel like talking a walk by the beach. I am certainly coming back and I can easily recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay.

Loved that it was a small boutique everybody was family the reception went out of their way to accommodate us i would only stay there when i go back to Israel

Hotel itself was in a good location. Room was spacious and clean. However when I checked in I was told that I’d have no issues with late checkout and was given a checkout time an hour later as a courtesy. The next morning, I was told that I wouldn’t be able to get late checkout in the end despite planning my day around this. I also got locked out of my room at 11:30 after being told my new checkout time was noon. Also, I paid for the breakfast which left a lot to be desired. I cannot imagine there are so many tourists visiting now that they couldn’t have shifted things around for me.

Comfortable stay. Staff were very good, though I thought that the breakfast was a little minimalist (compared to other Israeli hotels). The room was okay, again, perhaps a little smaller than expected.
