This us a great place for people who are frugal or on a budget. Not fancy, but perfect for our needs! Staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk to Waikiki Beach and the International Market Place.

The hotel was very close to everything and within walking distance. Sina and most of the staff except Lance at the front desk was very professional. Sina went above and beyond my expectations.

I overall liked the location but our room had a lot of bugs that I could not identify what they were. I think ants? The carpets were dirty. Overall the inside looked like the landlords special.

Friendly helpful staff. Centrally located, everywhere in Waikiki is within walking distance. I was able to have my luggage secured on check in day, and they also secured an item I left behind in my room and kept is secure for me.

The quality and customer service in this hotel rapidly declined. Keeping a minimum staff and room service every three days is a joke . It is money saver for the owners but you are here for your guests.
