Hotel Port Feria Valencia

Very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a great supermarket just down the street. The only real improvement I can suggest is a more comfortable chair for the desk. I needed to work a bit in the evenings, and the chair is neither a comfortable lounging chair nor a good desk chair. This is not a significant point, and would stay again without question. I was there for 8 nights while attending a conference at the university nearby.

Nice hotel but in the middle of nowhere. We visited in August and came to hotel around 5pm on Thursday and was starving wanted to get a bite to eat we couldn't find anything open, had to drive about 14 minutes to the center of Valencia to eat. Was kind of disappointed but other than that the hotel is very nice and clean.

All the employees very attentive and ready to pleased you. If you need something just ask and they will find the way to give you what you are searching for. Night or day time they are there for the guest. I am very happy with this hotel choice. Was there for two weeks and it was great. They are also pet friendly and that, for some of us, is very important.

Area looked a little run down when we arrived but it was perfectly safe. Took taxis everywhere which were great value. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff had made a little elephant out of towels for the children and left a small bag of sweets for them. Excellent value for money. Would have benefitted from tea making facilities in the room.

The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and always greeted you and took the time to talk to you, even when they were in the middle of the job. The hotel staff were also very good with children and organised a water balloon fight by the pool - many adults joined in! The restaurant food was very tasty and reasonably priced and the hotel staff were helpful in organising taxis to the city centre, the beach and the airport.

We had a good stay. With one important exception: we were allowed in our room only 4 hours after arriving! We had to spend 4 hours in town just wandering on a Sunday, just to go back and... get the same answer that our room is not available. And 10 seconds later it became available all of a sudden - that is just unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Other people were allowed to check-in before us (and even after us) - so definitely not a room issue!

Great for an overnight - close to centre and airport by taxi. And if you have an event at the conference centre. Not much to walk to though. Restaurant was very good and has great value Prix Fixe.

Having a gym and pool is all we needed after weeks of travel.
