reserva para dos noches hab. con cama doble segun expedia cuando lleguemos nos dieron una hab. con dos camas las cuales no estaban ni unidas vamos a recepción y le comentamos que la reserva era en cama doble nos dicen que es mentira le enseñamos la reserva y efectivamente nos reconoce que si que pone que es cama d matrimonio nos cambiamos de hab. pero seguimos con dos camas pero esta vez les han puesto ropa de cama doble la costura que une los colchones rota por lo cual los colchones se abrian los enganches que unen las estructuras de cama ni estaban el aire de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente y el panel estaba hecho una porquería vamos por subir la cortina y resulta que de un lado el enganche estaba roto por lo cual ni sube ni baja correctamente una de las toallas tenia agujero y el nórdico limpio tenia marcas de maquillaje o pintura el servicio de secador solo iba la primera potencia porque la segunda solo iba si aguntabas tu el boton volvemos a transmitir los defectos de la habitación a recepción lo cual nos dicen que mañana mamdaran al de mantenimiento a reparar y sino nos volveran a cambiar pasamos la peor noche que podiamos pasar nos vamos a pasar el dia a bioparc cuando volvemos el aire funcionando sin tarjeta alguna de la habitación y la solución de la cama fue ponerle bridas a las patas artos ya de la pesadilla de finde semana que nos estaban haciendo pasar pedimos devolución de la última noche que ns vamos dicen qe no qe nos regalan el parking NO RESERVEIS

Lovely reception- pool area is excellent with plenty of beds and loungers. Only downside were the beds in the rooms. Hard and so uncomfortable. Overall, a good place near to the metro station.

The 1st room they give us the toilet didn’t work, then they give us a different room that was to small, and the 3 rd time they give us a better room but still not qualified for a 4 star hotel, they had no TV, instead it was a pc monitor very small.

A little out of the wsy but only 10 Euro taxi ride from city centre Very good value for money.

The room was a good standard with a fab shower and comfortable bed, although 2 singles create the double. The hotel was clean, however there was someone smoking in their room illegally and after mentioning this to reception nothing seemed to have been done about it. The smell started just in the corridor but started to impeach into our room.

My kids and I stayed here for a night just passing through. Everything was clean, quiet and convenient. Staff was helpful. Simple and straightforward option.

Not bad. Need a better restaurant. The food was awful
