Gute Lage mit Pinienwald am Strand, Hundestrand war schön, und viel Schatten

Apartement schon in die Jahre gekommen, stark renovierungsbedürftig. Im Badezimmer Schimmel an der Decke und Unterseite der Tür innen. Duschwand Dichtung zum tauschen und keine gute Lüftung. J
