Muy linda la habitación para ser un hotel 3 estrellas.

Salí un día y dejé mi dinero en efectivo en la caja fuerte. Cuando llegue, estaba abierta y el dinero no estaba. No sé qué pasó! No me dan respuesta, no me dan soluciones. Es una situación muy muy preocupante. El servicio al cliente ante estas situaciones es pésimo! Ni porque lo hubiera dejado afuera se tenía que perder el dinero. Me tocó ir a la policía a denunciar el robo, porque por parte del hotel la respuesta es nula.
