Was under construction...dirty in hallways and elevators...rocks in outside doors holding them open making premises unsafe in my opinion...no ice on any floor...advertised breakfast was a joke in a makeshift room with limited variety...

Staff not professional, laughed at my complaints as I walked away. No solutions till I pressed them hard. Renovation, general up keep not good. No hot breakfast. Not even fresh doughnuts. Old frozen stuff for toaster oven. Coffee very weak No ice - Did not connect rooms as promised a month ago.

Quiet, convient stay, unfortunately the hotel is getting renovation so some areas were unavailable and breakfast was given but because of the 1st floor renovation the options were limited.

" Not great for someone with food allergies"

The holiday was undergoing renovations so it was kind of a mess. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work, the drinking fountain didn’t work. There was no breakfast area/lobby so there was a makeshift breakfast bar setup in a room. The grab & go options were terrible. I don’t eat gluten & the only option for me was fresh fruit. There was no protein without gluten &/or sugar. I had to go to Walmart & buy some food options for myself. Luckily we had a fridge & microwave in our room.

"Not what I expected. "

The first Hitel I have ever been in and they don’t have a phone in the room, No curtains on the windows so the parking lot lights kept me up all night. I would at least expect a coffee pot in the room. That would have been nice since I couldn’t sleep.

"Horrible experience"

It was under construction. The whole front entrance was a construction site. The rooms on first floor were being remodeled and it was very messy and construction debris. It was a complete mess and the construction crew started working at 9 am so all you could hear was saws and hammering, etc. it was the worst experience I have had with this hotel chain. There was no breakfast. I'm very disappointed in my accomodations this is unexceptionable.
