Place is being renovated...it really needs it; smells bad dirty public areas. Rooms are tattered and carpet furniture are old and dirty. Bathroom was old and in disrepair. Toilet inadequate. Shower caulking dirty and not taken care of . Very poor

The woman that checked us in on Saturday night (8/17) was wonderful! Room was ok. When we were leaving the next morning I was going through the layers of bedding to make sure nothing was left behind and an earwig was in the bed! We then went down to breakfast where there was only enough pancake batter for one pancake & no hot water for tea. This was about 7:00 am, how could these things be out already? I stopped by the front desk to let them know about the earwig and that lady seemed to care less. I said just do your cleaning crew know to look for it and kill it so the next guest doesn’t find it. All she did was thank me for telling her, no apology or anything.
