The receptionist was very friendly and tried hard to please us - the wi-fi was very poor in our first room and we were able to move to a second room where is was better, but still spotty Facilities are very old and could use a renovation Basic amenities were provided and were clean

It’s out dated and vey noisy.

I wish the light switch for the toilet and shower just lit up that room not the whole room

The room was clean but things falling apart. Parking is awful and dangerous.

The interior needs upgrading. The smoke alarm in my room malfunctioned several times while I was sleeping. The internet kept going out at night. I was given a number to call the internet company for remedy. The breakfast had waffles as its only hot meal. This establishment needs upgrading in numerous areas.

Continental breakfast needs to offer fresh cereal and more options.

The check in was easy and quick and they gave me choice of room, the room was clean but furniture old and in need of replacing, no sheets or pillows for couch sofa and mattress was old and stained-the bathroom was clean but definitely need new fixtures and the basin rusty. Beds were surprisingly comfortable!

Check in is too too late for one. Ants all in the rooms BEFORE we un packed. White sheets and pillows all stained up. Towels stained.
