"Great location but cleanliness could be improved"

The location is fantastic - it's right by the beach, and they have beach towels to borrow so it's easy to go. The rate was also good for a hotel by the beach, which is why we booked this hotel.

The main issue is that it could have been cleaner; in particular. The grout was moldy and there were small stains on the tile wall in the bathroom. Other than that, the service was hit or miss; the woman was quite surly when we checked in, but that would have been more forgivable if the cleanliness had been up to standard, and some of the other front desk personnel were more pleasant.

Location, Price

Air conditioning didn’t cool, and the room smelled bad. The “Queen bed” is two small beds connected.
