We had a family room, and it was awesome. 2 bathrooms. Maybe the hotel isn't modern but very clean with good breakfast. Staff was also friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, it made our stay enjoyable and comfortable, creating lasting memories for our family.

"Espantosa experiencia. Hotel y habitaciones sin aire acondicionado"

La habitación muy cómoda y linda.

Es inaceptable que el aire acondicionado sea general del hotel y no particular de cada habitación (a pesar de que hay un termostato). Reservamos una habitación sin ventana y no había aire acondicionado. Nos moríamos de calor y exigimos que prendan el aire y no lo hicieron. Luego, nos ofrecieron una habitación con ventana con el objetivo de que entre aire frío pero era una y ventana interna que daba al restaurante del hotel. No solo no dejamos de tener calor sino que además a las 6 de la mañana empezó a hacer muchísimo ruido. De las peores experiencias que he tenido en un hotel
