"Trip change "

Our trip plans changed and we found this hotel last minute. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and nice. We loved our four night stay here and would definitely stay again

Evening meal took an hour and a half and only two of four people received their ordered meal. Quality of food appalling. Unacceptable. Room comfortable breakfast very good

When I first went to my room, found out no air conditioning. I was given another room. It had air conditioning but no microwave and no refrigerator. I did eventually request both. But only received the refrigerator. But no microwave. And other than that the food was good and everything else was OK

The hotel should provide guests with a sticker so that one does not have to sign in at the security gate situated next to the Mowbray Golf Club every time one returns to the hotel!
