Wonderful location, great communication, clean.

From the description and pictures it wasn't clear that the 2nd "bedroom" upstairs is accessible only via very shallow stair treats, without a handrail that can be held on, and a larger suitcase cannot be brought up there. Any elderly, or not very agile person will have difficulties to access the room.

It was a really pretty building, quiet street, comfortable, well equipped and any questions about the stay we answered quickly and efficiently by the host

El baño un poco pequeño . Por otra parte coincidió que hay una obra justo al lado de casa, además de un perro en la esquina que no paraba de ladrar. Sin embargo, evidentemente son cosas propiamente ajenas a la casa.

Everything was perfect

Schön eingerichtet, gut gepflegt, alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Recht ruhig und dennoch nicht weit vom Zentrum, nicht weit vom Metro- und Bushaltestellen.

Ich weiß nicht, ob es möglich wäre, den Eingang ins zweite Schlafzimmer (mit der Treppe) in die Höhe etwas zu erweitern. Ich habe ein paar Mal den Kopf gestoßen. Es hat nicht weh getan, aber ich habe die Wand leich demuliert %)

Het frisse, schone appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, zoals een volledige keuken, een fijne badkamer, goede bedden, airco en een sfeervolle balkon(zon en schaduw)met prachtig uitzicht. De ligging in Bonfim, een art-neighbourhood met veel Azulejos huizen en prachtige kastanjebomen. Je voelt je gelijk thuis tussen de locals. En last but not least: de service van het Nomad-team is een compliment waard. Ze kwamen gelijk bij aankomst iets aanvullen wat ontbrak in het appartement en gaven gelijk leuke tips om te doen.

De WiFi was niet altijd even sterk.

The flat is well located within walking distance of the station and of the city centre. The house is attractive and in a tree lined street in an interesting local area close to good restaurants and shops. The balcony is a great feature with good views. The house and the communal areas were well kept. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy.

We liked the flat and would definitely stay again , though the steepness of the stairs to the second bedroom and the small size of the living space may be an issue for some people

When we had problems the property managers were quick to help. Quiet area. Very nice balcony.

Difficult check in as they gave us the wrong lockbox code. We arrived late in the evening and they weren’t contactable so I had to guess. Eventually I guessed it, which was a miracle. There were ants all over the kitchen. We contacted them and they got us ant traps, but I’m not the first reviewer to say this. It seems it’s an ongoing issue. The upstairs room is quite cramped, accessed by a steep ladder with the most bizarre glass wall thingy in place of a hand rail. The location isn’t central but it’s quiet, so a trade off. No elevator so prepare to lug your bags up three stories. There’s a security deposit, which I didn’t experience at any other stay in Portugal, and they didn’t automatically refund me—I had to email them and ask for it!

Great spot! Easy to get to most places! Very cute apartment. The loft was a little scary climbing up and down but doable. Shower was clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Sheets had a stain on them that looked like blood. I don’t think it was from me and having been on the Camiño and worried about bedbugs, I was a little concerned but I did not see any other signs of the critters so probably nothing.

The railing on the stairs to the loft is just the glass thing. It would be safer and more comfortable if there was some sort of railing to hold on to. The washer was confusing and couldn’t find directions but furthermore there was no dryer and no rack to hang wash to dry. That would’ve been handy to have there.
