Old room looking tired, air conditioning badly placed right on top of bed, room was hot but it’s not possible to switch the air con on because the flow of cold air goes straight towards the person sleeping

Quarto grande,fiquei no que tem escada com andar e ar gelando bem com banheiros confortáveis.O cookies de entrada tb foi bem bacana!!

Tinha uma pingueira no quarto o tempo todo,ficou água empossada,tive que colocar toalha pra não acumular água!.

Location, breakfast, staff and facilities in general are very good!

Had some problems with leaking toilet, but it was quickly fixed. Also, had trouble using the hairdryer because it fits only one specific socket, which I didn't notice at first.

Is this Doubletree really a Hilton? One of the worst Hilton hotels we ever stayed. Pictures and descriptions were completely off base. Rooms were tiny, toilets were even more tiny, no AC in lobby, Hallways, toilets, no centralized AC. Not sure how Hilton is branding this as a Hilton. Staff were nice enough though. Breakfast was very sorry affair. Definitely not recommend this for business or leisure to anyone. Only plus is the location.
