Good

The public accommodation areas were tired but always clean. Housekeeping staff couldn't do enough to make my Stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet and in fact all meals I had were what i expected, hygienic and ample quantities, no dirty dishes left on the tables.The front of house staff were polite, efficient and willing to go the extra mile

Staff were really nice. They said they had upgraded us, but I don’t think it was an upgrade, because the room I booked had a balcony and they gave us a room without a balcony. They did change it back though. I would of stayed an extra few nights, but we went to the roof top bar, and a rat ran past my feet, so we booked out the next day. Doors are left open on the roof top bars, so if they are running about upstairs who is to say they aren’t running about inside the hotel/kitchen.

Location is centralised and close to restaurants; room size and bathroom size are reasonable; breakfast wasn’t bad.

The fridge could have been turned on and have some drinks in there so if customers want to purchase the drinks at least they are cold! Bedside table has small bugs every now and then.

Lack of maintance, blown lights, food was not good in room service, breakfast was just adaquite. You have been catering for westerners for years yet you havn't learnt what they expect.
