some staff friendly and helpful- good a fruit platter to try to correct one evening of party and insane loud music

very loud staff outside as from 5 am ( no need to bring a clock or alarm), got severe food poisoning in the Grill, looks clean but is not ( same cloth used for everything), very loud events at non event locations like the pool and in areas leading to rooms, one evening restaurant just closed due to private event, this hotel might win the “global slamming doors” award however…
