Lovely wildlife and friendly staff. We had taken our 8month old baby and someone brought him a baby seat at breakfast, it was really thoughtful. The rooms were also comfortable. - Beautiful greenery, just a lovely, refreshing setting. - Good breakfast.

- I kept getting emails that said my reservation had been cancelled prior to our trip out: it was unsettling. The staff at central reservations said it was routine reordering of bookings but it shouldn't be so. - We made our booking via booking.com and they grossly underestimated the cost. The hotel and online platforms should synchronize exchange rates. - As we were checking out, we were presented with a bill even though we had paid upfront for everything. It seems they might have been attempting to charge us extra for exchange rate variations that had occurred over a week after we paid for our booking. It was a frustrating experience.

Loved the Jazz night. Didnt like the shower drainage system as water was clogged.
