I had a stay that exceeded all expectations, combining luxury and elegance on one hand, with warmth and attention to detail on the other. The highlights of my experience include: 1. Reception & Service: The constant smiles and genuine welcome from your staff were the first reasons for my comfort. I would like to especially thank Mr. Taher Samri at the reception for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and for promptly taking care of all my requests. Check-in and check-out were seamless. 2. Cleanliness & Order: The level of cleanliness was exceptional, both in the rooms and public facilities. I felt health security and psychological comfort throughout my stay. 3. View & Room: Room [544] was a masterpiece in itself, with an extremely comfortable bed, and a stunning view that made every morning magical. 4. Restaurant & Food: Breakfast in particular was a rich and complete experience – variety, quality, and freshness beyond compare. I thank the team of chefs for their creativity. 5.
