I had a wonderful stay at movenpick hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, professional, and always helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with everything well maintained and organized. The atmosphere was perfect, relaxing, and welcoming, making the whole experience very enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again.

For the first time this summer & the first time after the Renovation, we (my wife, my 7 year old kid and I) visited Movenpick Aqaba. The hotel renovation is finally accomplished (after a long year of hard work). Although renovated, the hotel still holds it's Authentic, Distinguished character. Everything was renovated (the rooms, bathrooms, furniture, reception, restaurant & all the common areas in the main building) but it was a renovation and not a redesigning which means, everything is new and functioning but the style and atmosphere is the same as we are used to it since we were young guests. Thank you Movenpick Management for preserving our precious memories in Movenpick Aqaba. As for the stay itself, We were welcomed by their great professional security team at front of the new entrance (thank you Ms. Sanaa' who welcomed us with her warm smile as usual) then we head to the reception. there, we were welcomed by Ms. Amani who facilitated our check in and offered us a very nice, spotless clean, well furnished Deluxe room with a great view and helped us during our stay. (a special thank to Ms. Amani for the effort she put to make customers satisfied ). The pools and beach area are spotless clean with great services and plenty of towels and sunbeds, thanks to the beach and pools team.(Mr. Abu Khalil, Mr. Abdalraziq, Mr. Amer, Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Mousa) and the lifeguards staff (Hassan, Ammar, Qasem and Hamza) & the beach lifeguards( Mohammed & Saif) who really look after every small detail to ensure everyone is enjoying his time, my little kid feels safe and enjoys all around the area because of you, THANK YOU. The hotel have an Animation team which offers many activities for the kids, thanks to Ms. Luzan. Near the beach and while you swimming and relaxing, Al Shatt restaurant offers drinks, light meals & delicious ice cream. All prepared and served with love (Thanks to chief Fadi & Ms. Em Adam). The breakfast and Dinner are served at the main restaurant, the breakfast is very delicious, clean, fresh and very well served. The dinner menu however is less varietted and compromised not like the old days. Still, they have good reason for that since most customers now days are booking a B&B instead of HB (I think if the hotel change to a set menu instead of a dinner buffet would be more satisfying for the few customers who still prefers an HB deal like myself) , thanks Mr. Mohammed Omar, Mr. Waheed, chief Omar, chief Mohammed Al Qouran and all the restaurant staff who try their best to satisfy all customers with different tastes. We had a great stay there with many memorable moments. Thanks Movenpick team for the great moments you offered us & a special thank to Mr. Hisham Twaisi who where ever I go, I find him inspecting and managing the services that are provided to the customers. It was an absolute pleasure and joy to be here at the movie hotel, and resort. The hotel manager. SAMI Lester Sammy was amazing. Encouraged me to drink the healthy shots and the different peas which really help me feel better so grateful for him every morning.. and then also being greeted by Lynette, who was the African girl downstairs in the morning to eat breakfast. She was so warm and inviting love, giving her hug a beautiful smile always pleasant.. then the server Hamad, who works downstairs in the morning and then upstairs at the bridge café. He is fantastic so grateful for him. He totally about the evening live music enjoyed that took pictures and posted it. The woman who sung was absolutely beautiful and had a lovely voice. And then the African woman who was downstairs at the gym. She was so warm and inviting. I loved going to the gym because of her. Then the staff at the red grill, Ritz grill and having their signature dish oh my gosh, it was so delicious mouth and the presentation of theirfood love the dishes the atmosphere the ambience was absolutely amazing and I told my friends about it they came and enjoyed it and took pictures as well. This place is a diamond in the rough. I’m telling you thank you so much for being so hospitable. Also the chef at the red Sea Grill. He was fantastic. I don’t know his name, but he was great. He came out every time. I’m not gonna lie. I went almost every day to the Red Sea grill because I love the atmosphere. It was wonderful the staff the food and last, but not least ferrets for hours. FAWARES he is amazing every time I come out in the morning, he’s here at the front desk wonderful smile everyone very hospitable customer service. I’m gonna tell you I wish the world had more people like it.. now I do plan on coming back in about a week and I would love to have the sixth floor a suite that overlooks the palmCourt and the sea and if I could have a balcony where I can sit out there that would be phenomenal if that is possible in meantime, may God bless you all and keep you until we meet again.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, generous, and always greeted us with a smile. They were happy to help with anything we needed throughout our stay. The hotel is very comfortable and perfectly located, within walking distance of downtown Aqaba, restaurants, and local attractions. The facilities are excellent, the beach is beautiful, and the pool staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aqaba.
