The employee working the evening we checked in was super helpful and nice.

The bathroom was very dated and dirty. It was so bad we didn’t even shower. We had asked for extra towels after checking in and were told we would have to wait until the next day. Also, sometime after midnight the key cards automatically deactivate. The front desk was aware of this moral process. This is very frustrating for the customer. When checking out the front desk person had to physically go into our rooms to check the room before they would give us our cash deposit. He asked me what was the “stain” on a towel. I advised it was a coffee spill not a stain. Lastly, the “breakfast” was coffee, 2 options of cereal, juice machine, and a few muffins. Nothing hot, no fruit, not even sugar. I won’t stay here again and won’t recommend it to anyone.

Tuve inconveniente con la habitacion pero resolvieron

Que aun no me han rembolsado el Dinero del deposito y ello dicen que si pero ami no se me refleja y lo fui a reclamar y nada el de 19 de diciempre y el de 8 de enero si me pudieran ayudar o con quien debo hablar gracias
