Alojamiento con muy buena ubicación y el personal de recepción muy amable.

La primera habitación que nos dieron estaba el baño sucio y además el aire acondicionado del pasillo sonaba muchísimo, lo que nos hizo imposible dormir. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación y mejor.

Si está muy central de la zona de south beach puedes ir caminando a muchos lados y transporte muy fácil

Que para subir la maleta era casi 3 pisos y nadie te ayuda y una maleta de 23 kilos pesa y que las habitaciones no tienen ventilación propia entonces huelen a húmedo

"Bon emplacement pour profiter des animations de South Beach"

Établissement très bien situé. Nous avons pu profiter de south beach et rejoindre facilement et rapidement nos arrêts de bus.Etant à deux familles la salle commune était également un plus pour pouvoir se retrouver pour manger tous ensemble.

L absence d ascenseur et pour une des chambres le bruit de la Clim

I would like to thank Luca from the reception team. He was extremely helpful and kindly arranged an early check-in for us after a long journey. He was very friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was very clean and conveniently located close to everything.

מיקום טוב יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש ומטבח לשימוש עצמי הלובי עצמו משופץ

קיבלנו חדר ממש לא משופץ, ריח לא נעים, מיטה לא נוחה. לא היה נקי מספיק. שירות דלפק בשעות מוגבלות שלא התאימו לנו ולכן לא יכולנו להיעזר בהם. ביקשתי שמיכה בשעה שש וחמישה בערב ומי שהיה בדלפק אמר שאין כרגע שירות ואין שמיכה והייתי צריכה לחכות ליום אחרי.. גם לא היה ניתן לקבל מגבות לחוף בבוקר כי הדלפק עדיין היה סגור.. וגם לא מנקים בכלל את החדר.
