Staff was wonderful. The shuttle service is FANTASTIC. Good location. The room and beds were just fine, and it was all clean. We didn't participate in breakfast but we did go to Heather's restaurant. I wasn't a fan of the drinks we ordered (I thought they were kinda gross) but we drank them because they were $20 each. We ordered an appetizer and just enjoyed the vibe. I would 100% stay here again if I come back! Side note: Ed the driver was seriously sooo wonderful! He made the trip for us a breeze.

Everything was fantastic EXCEPT the hot tub was out of order and we were not told beforehand, but still had to pay the little resort fee. Unfortunate because that's something we had planned on specifically to use. The elevator was also janky so we took the stairs.

Gym and hot tub amazing

The room, so old and so different from the photos, don’t expect a high standard room, for me it’s not a 4star hotel, needs some rehab. They rehab the entrance, which was beautiful, but alleys on the rooms floor were horrible.

Clean room. No microwave. The hot water in the shower went away every time sometime in the hotel used water. When the toilet flushes in the building the pipes refilled it makes a loud noise.

It was clean and had tead and coffee freebies

The front desk lady who checked me in could improve on customer service skills. Her attitude is not welcoming at all. We were from a 7hour flight and she made us wait because they have trouble in the kitchen.

The room is clean and great staff

Wish we could have stayed more than 1 day. We will be back!!
