Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden.

Es ist leider in den Schlafzimmern etwas laut, da sie zur Straße hin liegen

"sehr ansprechende Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage"

Sehr schön ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit allen Utensilien, die man braucht / auf die man nicht verzichten möchte. Die Lage im Zentrum von Braunlage macht die Nutzung das Autos wegen der zentralen Lage unnötig bzw. man nutzt es nur für Ausflüge. Kostenlose Parkplätze unmittelbar am Haus runden das Bild ab. Die zentrale Lage in der Nachweihnachtszeit hielt den Weihnachtsmarkt vor der Haustür für uns parat, den wir regelmäßig besucht und genutzt hatten. Sehr gut war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, die jederzeit ansprechbar war, da sie eine der Ladeninhaberin unter der Ferienwohnung ist. Perfekt!

Wir sind zum Jahreswechsel in den Harz "geflüchtet", um unserem Hund eine stressfreie (stressarme) Zeit zu bescheren - es hat nicht ganz geklappt. Das ist allerdings NICHT dem Vermieter anzurechnen, denn auch hierzu haben wir uns im Vorfeld ausgetauscht und wussten, dass Braunlage nicht böllerfrei ist.
