Staff, location, continental breakfast, and low cost.

Hot water took 5-7 minutes to arrive, beds were stiff, bathroom door didn't have an inside handle nor sealed (air gaps for noise etc) the bathroom from the sleeping area.

Very clean and spacious. Bed was confortable and heating was nice. Lot of places to eat nearby.

It was a bit dark, I think the ceiling lamp/fan wasn't working but the other lamps were ok
