"Nous pensions que le séjour serait mieux."

La literie était très bien et la chambre spacieuse.

Le Check in, j’ai trouvé que la Personne n’ a pas fait beaucoup d’effort afin que nous nous comprenions. Une personne du casino, m’a demandé d’éloigné mon fils alors que nous ne faisions que passer, et nous n’avions pas le choix de le traverser pou rejoindre notre chambre.

"Great short trip. Fun Casino. Great staff!"

Had a wonderful experience. Front desk check in Fabio to buffet host Micah, Edgar cashier and great server Katie. We stayed in Hollywood tower and cleaning staff was great also. We has a slight hiccup and met Byron from security that handled the matter professionally .Top to mention is great casino host Ken who helps so much since I have some mobility issues.

"Decent place, prepare to spend!"

Prepare to spend some money, with minimal return. Rooms are clean, hospitality staff are kind. Lots of kids, which suprised us a bit being a casino. About 25 minutes from Hollywood beach so that part is nice! Only free drinks are in high limit, and those are few and far between. Valet costs $35 every time you take your car out. Restaurants are good and staff are accommodating and really do aim to please. Order the beef tacos from the beach house and they have great drinks that come in coconuts and pineapples!

El hotel es lindo, las instalaciones piscinas, restaurantes, es precioso y bien mantenido

La empleada que nos recibió nos dio una habitación en la torre norte, donde no nos gustó, no había internet, en la habitación contigua había personas con música y gritos que no nos dejaron descansar, se percibía gente consumiendo tabaco y más, y nosotros estábamos con niños, fue muy desagradable
