Area.

The people did not speak good English. So very hard to understand. The young man at check in could not stay off his phone. Had to find him. Stood there for 10 minutes and rang bell. No one came. Found him in employee lounge. Watching his phone. No eye contact or welcome at all.

"Great price for what you’re getting."

Great location. I like how close it was to downtown and the freeway. I thought the price was good for the area. The staff was friendly.

Rooms and hotel are dated. It was hard to control the temperature in the room with the old AC/heater unit in the room. The room smelled as if it was once a smoking room.
