Lugar ponto bem bom, perto de tudo praticamente, café da manhã muito bom.Quarto confortavel . Funcionários todos prestativos e educados.

Não gostei que toda hora que precisei do carro tinha que estar pedindo para manobrista e um dia ficamos sem água quente para o banho mas logo resolveram.

Café da manhã e restaurante, funcionários atenciosos.

Esta foi a terceira vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel e ficamos muito desgostosos com certos acontecimentos. Quando chegamos, já com reserva, devendo ser por volta das 15:30 h ou mais, o quarto não estava pronto e tivemos que esperar. Enquanto isso almoçamos no restaurante. Tudo bem. No 2º dia a cadeira de rodinhas quebrou levando a uma quase queda da pessoa.Trocaram a cadeira. Tudo bem. No 3º dia voltamos no fim do dia e o quarto ainda estava desarrumado e ao sentar na cadeira de rodinhas, duas delas caíram. Trocaram por outra que girava bem.

Profissionalismo da equipe, instalações ótimas, ótimo café da manhã e o restaurante serve pratos deliciosos. Apartamento muito confortável. Cama boa e muito bom chuveiro. Nota 10. Sem esquecer da vista do apartamento para o mar e para a ponte Hercílio Luz. Excelente.
