"I found this to be exceptionally my favorite Quality Inn. Thank you to the wonderful stay."

The food was not hot (Eggs, potatoes and sausage) but the items that weren't supposed to be hot was excellent. Great selection of muffins & bread Juice bar and coffee were easy to access. Waffle maker was great making smaller portions not one large waffle.

Everything was fantastic from the first step into the lobby, registration and staff. There wasn't anything I was unhappy with or didn't like.

"The staff was excellent and the stay was extremely pleasant outside of the firm mattress."

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We travel with our service dog, the app said it was pet friendly but we couldn’t find on the app where to add for a pet. So when we arrived they made accommodations for us.

The bed was firm, real firm. We like a little more softer bed, being in our 50s our bodies need a little more give than this particular mattress gave us. We made do with it and the rest of the stay was very pleasant. The down comforter was perfect.

we enjoyed our stay for 1 night, considering we have our dog with us.

There was a smell inside the room, need to turn on the a/c to eliminate the odor even though its freaking cold outside.
