"Fuyez la chambre 38. Fuyez !"

Chambre 38 : l'horreur définitive ! Alors que le troisième est en théorie le dernier étage, au dessus de la chambre 38, il y a une grande chambre où des enfants ont sauté et courus jusque vers 1 heure du matin. Le personnel à la réception, habitué, n'a pas pu me fournir une autre chambre, ni accepte d'annuler gratuitement les deux nuits supplémentaires que j'avais réservées, afin de changer d'hôtel et de pouvoir dormir. La direction connaît parfaitement le problème, et ne fait rien pour insonoriser la chambre. Enfin, il n'y a aucune climatisation alors qu'en été il fait vraiment très chaud. Pour dormir, et profiter de la belle ville de Rüdesheim, allez ailleurs.

"Faste pladser ved morgenbordet - minus"

Dejligt hotel og flinke mennesker, som yder en god service. Synes dog, det er irriterende at hotellet har valgt, hvor jeg skal sidde og spise morgenmad. Lad dog gæsterne selv finde ud af, hvor der er pladser ledige. Lidt for meget "ordnung muss sein". Ellers var vi super tilfredse med hotellet.

Lave til ingen signaler på wifi. Få parkeringsplasser og parkeringen var «trang». Ingen AC eller skikkelig vifte på rommet. Ok frokost og det var rent.

舒適、安靜、漂亮、地點好、餐點好吃、工作人員服務好與親切。可惜太晚訂住宿，星期四~六沒有空房。 comfortable, quiet, beautiful, the location is perfect, food delicious, the host and workers are so nice, give so much help. It is too pity that they don't have the available room at 6/21~23.

Bra centralt läge. Stora ljusa fina rum med fin utsikt över vinodlingarna, om du får rum på rätt sida hotellet. Parkeringsgarage i huset till rimligt pris. Trevliga och hjälpsamma värdar. Bra frukost.

Staff was fantastic, breakfast was great, rooms were clean. Parking garage is tight but do-able. Would definitely recommend and would come back in a heartbeat. Location is right around many shops, restaurants and wineries. Restaurant at the hotel was great for dinner, too. All around, a GREAT experience!
