Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Restaurants. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Tolle Mitarbeiter. Außergewöhnliches Ambiente. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit schönem Blick über die Stadt.

Es fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine in der Lounge. Es wäre super wenn der kostenpflichtige Parkplatz in der Hanglage bei Schnee gestreut würde.

"Alles toll, bis auf unser Zimmer"

Frühstück und Frühstücksraum mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Beste Lage. Sehr nettes Personal.

Dusche leider direkt im Schlafzimmer als Glaskasten eingebaut, statt im Badezimmer. Leider auch keinen Sichtschutzbereich, so dass man auch den Toilettengang nicht ungesehen tätigen konnte! Komplett einsehbar durch den Duschglaskasten in den Toilettenraum. Intimsphäre war somit in unserem Zimmer gar nicht vorhanden. Hotel war ausgebucht, von daher haben wir einen Zimmertausch gar nicht erst angefragt. Waren von unserem Zimmer doch etwas sehr enttäuscht, haben 10 Monate vor Termin gebucht, also eigentlich sollte das keine Notlösung notwendig gewesen sein.

Das Frühstück war super und das Zimmer war sehr groß 👍

Das Wasser im Schwimmbad war leider viel zu kalt und der Wellnessbereich war sehr klein.
