The room was terrible, burn holes in blankets, beds were hard as the floor. Ac didn’t work properly, and a huge picture fell off the wall and hurt my son in the middle of the night. Was promised a refund but nothing, even though the refund wouldn't be enough for hospital visit to check out the marks from the picture.
