"you get what you pay for"

very convenient to the college; very fair price

air conditioner was not cooling room so made stay uncomfortable floors had duct tape on them chairs in room were peeling and looked dated/old would prefer carpet on floors rather than hardwood breakfast not provided as stated

"This stay was enough to scare us away from the Super 8 hotel chain!"

The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and super-friendly! Towels and bedding were clean.

Our guest room floor was repaired in two spots with duct tape, and some of the molding was missing in the bathroom. The room also had a musty smell to it. Additionally, we killed a cockroach in the bathroom the morning of our departure.

"Very disappointed "

The breakfast was a joke. Not what they call a “super start breakfast” They offered prepackaged cinnamon rolls, one at a time and prepackaged juice. When I arrived to get coffee, there were no cups an had to search someone out to get cups. The breakfast area was empty

"Comfortable beds, but don’t expect breakfast!"

Coffee was good.

Run down, no view. Breakfast was nonexistent. It is coffee and a donut. They would only bring out a few donuts at a time. That’s it! Come on, when your website says good breakfast this is not acceptable!

"Meet Expectations for this price point"

The clerk on Wednesday 7-16-25 in the evening was very nice. The room had a nice desk. The bed, bathroom, and common areas were clean. There are many restaurants nearby, you can even walk to some. There is a Kroger Grocery Store in the shopping center next to the hotel that took one minute to walk to. If you are passing through on the freeway make sure to check out downtown Marietta, a stunning example of small town America.

"Very good"

This was a great place to stay for a night. The staff were very friendly and checking in was easy. The room and sheets were clean and the water pressure was great!

The fact that you can't use the back doors (they are alarmed) was a little annoying as our room was closer to the other end.
