Most of the stiff was super friendly at night when we checked in

I paid a high rate for a Friday for a room them at is in need of repairs bad. Starting with all the black scuffs on the wall of the room. Also the doors going into the room needs scrubbing or painting. The sofa bed sounded like it was going to break. And the curtains were ripped up. Also big crack in the wall where it separated the room from the kitchen.

I got the King tri room which was a great roomBUT..it was NOT clean. I know it's hard to keep staff but if I was going to rent the most expensive room out..I would make sure it was clean.

Elevator was broken and I had foot surgery and we were on the 3rd floor. Foot swollen and couldn't leave room to do anything because I couldn't do 3 flights of stairs. 😢

Mostly: most aspects were mediocre at best.

Breakfast: Minimal, not all offerings were available, had to ask. Selection very limited.

Breakfast choices were limited, no fresh fruit or eggs, waffle machine keep breaking while people were trying to make waffles

Short staff, one person doing everything, flies in the room and pool was nasty cloudy looking

Room cleaned when they said it was ready. The cleaning chemicals smelled awful.

The staff is very nice and friendly

The rooms are very updated and not clean. The showers don’t have fans after two people is taking showers is a sauna in the room . Rooms also have a smell to it which is not nice

No tv to unwind to and our beds were broke down also noise coming from hall and elevator

All the staff were outstanding; competent and excelling in their role. Clean. Love the pool!

The flooring throughout is worn. Cute decor. Security was a concern. The keypad to enter the back door was broken and left open.

NOTHING!!

Breakfast was terrible. The bread for toast was awful some slices were wet others stale Very little to choose from. The hotel ran out of paper plates Only bowls available muffins were stale..my shower was nasty and unhealthy with black mold and the chair was thick with dirt and dust. I have photos of it to prove my complaint. I stopped by the front desk 3 times to complain and nothing was done. And there’s more. For what I paid for the room I was hoping for something much better. Truly disappointed and will never stay there again. I’m going to submit my photos to headquarters. I’m highly allergic to mold and dust. And needless to say it made me sick. NEVER AGAIN will I stay there and I’m putting it on social media

Sorry but the place was not clean. It was picked up and a cleaning rag may have been used but old Crumbs, soap, toilet paper,tooth paste were present on the floor around the sink. It was creepy
