Parador Boquemar

Electric power was out and the plant power was out if order. They try to fix it up, but they couldn't. So we try to sleep. Honestly they try to fixed the problem. The employees were fantastic trying everything. Thanks to them. What I do was to move to another hotel in the area. (2 more rooms), and keep at the same time this one.

It was a great experience

The location is perfect. The room was clean. I will definitely add an iron at least. Also check the extractor on the bathroom the one on my room was too noisy.

Location was good, simple no frills hotel

Shower water never got hot. Only main issue with this property.

The convenience of the location. It was close to everything we needed.

Muy buena localización

Este parador necesita una actualización URGENTE. Me asignaron habitacion 23. Paredes con hongo de humedad y escascaradas. La cortina de ventana con hongo y sucio. Los matres necesitan cambiarlos muy blandos. No protegen los matres con cover. No pusieron colcha/edredon. Solo la sábana y una frisa. Al menos dieron 2 almoadas por huesped. No hay teléfono para llamar a recepción. No ponen toallas de mano. Las pedí y dijeron que no las trabajaban. Aunque estaba "limpio", necesita mantenimiento, pintura, paredes, cortinas. El acond. de aire enfriaba bien. La parrilla de por fuera está rota. El TV, nunca pudimo verlo bien. Se quedaba "loading" la internet y tenía los cables colgando. El baño necesita actualizarse, el lavamanos sucio por debajo. El toilet con manchas oscuras de agua. El extractor no creo que funcionara, hacía un ruido terrible. No tenia toalleros; estaban rotos. La ducha necesita cambiarse. Parece que el sedimento del agua tapó los orificios y el chorro sale mal. Había buena agua caliente. Se fue la energía y encendió la planta eléctrica. La piscina necesita actualizarse. Piscina muy fea, se veia sucio el fondo. El area de asolearse necesita que limpien bien las mesas. Tiene caca de pájaros. Deben de decorar el area con más plantas, poner alguna "barrita". Es temporada baja, y parece que bajaron los standards. Fue mi primera vez en ese hotel parador. Que debe representar a PR y Cabo Rojo es la Meca del turismo en Puerto Rico. Deben decorar y actualizarlo.
