Nice central hotel, clean rooms, has parking. Good breakfast buffet

old towels carpet old smelly dirty the pillows old saggy run down the shower curtins dingy stained beds no comforters sheets and was cold hotel is not being upkept

Some of the staff was super friendly and others were indifferent. It took 45 mins to get my car. When I checked in there was no bath mat and no hand towel. The restaurant food was delicious and the service wonderful

It was a cheap stay. I thought this was a nicer hotel. It’s old. There’s no hot water or at least there wasn’t in my room. Service was ok.

Very good location near main important points, easy access and food options near by are good. The room I stayed in was outdated, the A/C wasn’t working and they did not offer the amenities they said in the booking information. It’s a very convenient place to stay in downtown AGS.

Great place full of history and walking distance from Jardin de San Marcos, plaza, feria, etc. The place has been renovated but still needs updated bathrooms… The lobby scent is unpleasant, maybe adding something that doesn’t smell like public transportation.

Great location. Nice rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
