Gentlemen called Juandre, who was extremely helpful from day one until the day before we left. He guided us in terms of specific needs and was friendly and extremely helpful. Maybe I must book directly with the hotel as booking .com reservations do not make provision for reimbursement of funds. It was my 2nd time that had to leave earlier, and I could not get a refund in both instances. There should be a clause maybe that you keep the days as a credit for the future should you leave due to circumstances beyond your control I find Lekkerslaap bookings accomodative as they credit you in such circumstances.

Staff was very friendly and efficient

Rooms are extra small and feel dated, bed was uncomfortable and we could hear everything that happened in the hallway, which meant waking up to everyone that passed by our door. Breakfast was not worth the price

My stay at Protea Marriott Cape Town was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, welldesigned, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and style. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore Cape Town while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing environment. The food and dining experience were also top tier fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, was handled seamlessly. Overall, everything was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cape Town and would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very friendly, location is very good (I would prefer this to V&A) and breakfast was good as well. Sea front is a stones throw and lots of restaurants and bars one street away - not very well advertised ! Not sure there is a need to go to V&A for food !

Room was small with not enough space to walk between Bed and furniture. Room was not best value for money. Balcony was small too and name sake
