Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. Funcionários cordiais , tamanho do quarto e banheiro , localização .

O café da manhã é básico. Senti falta de café espresso . A máquina de café tinha cappuccino e café com leite , mas não o café espresso .

Ótimo atendimento da equipe desde a entrada no hotel até a saída. Pessoal no café da manhã também muito atento. Boa variedade de alimentos. Achei o quarto ótimo, conforto da cama excelente.

A única coisa que poderia melhorar seria o chuveiro num box e que não fosse necessário entrar na banheira. Pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção fiquem atentos, perguntem se há outra opção de quarto (sem banheira).

Localização e roupas de cama. Academia também é boa, precisa de alguns investimentos, más é boa.

Sistenta de fechaduras de abertura das portas está precisando de manutenção. Várias vezes tive que ir na recepção validar! Alguns funcionários da Recepção despreparados. Falta de opções para público com restrições alimentar e dieta com baixa calorias.
