"Overall, the day was good except for the power outage, which was not the hotels fault whatsoever."

Location was great.

I did not appreciate not being informed that the hotel was under construction along with the pool and hot tub facilities, not being available as it was the primary reason for booking that exact location.

Should tell people the pool is down better then what they not have cleaning people not walk into a room with out knocking should have resets that are charged to room with bill not just this is what you have to pay

Close to airport

Requested wake-up call. They did not call. Room was so hot. Could not cool down the room. No one cares about their jobs anymore.
