I feel like it’s common sense that handicapped rooms should be near elevators. Our room was very far from elevators especially for my husband who has walking issues.

Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice.

I stayed here while in Napa to attend an event. It's location is convenient to downtown and the wineries. Excellent value.

It was so quiet. Didn't realize other people were their until the next morning.

Having to leave

The room was pretty clean and the staff was helpful.

The room is a bit dingy/out-dated. The breakfast bar area could be better stocked and cleaned. The price did seem high for what we got.

Most of it..Except for that one lady at the front desk that checked us in (I got didnt get her name but she's very jolly and I think she's latina/mexican). We checked it on feb 14,2026 at 4 pm

FRONT DESK AND HER NAME IS RAY/REY. FEB 15,2026- MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO ASK IF WE CAN CHECK DO LATE CHECK OUT AT 1 PM. SHE GOES "UMM LET THINK COZ I ALREADY HAVE 4 LATE CHECK OUT". SO I WAS THINKING "SO WHY OFFER A LATE CHECK OUT IF. ONLY IF WE CANT GET A LATE CHECK?!"...HMMM..OH WELL!! SO SHE CALLED THIS ONE LADY AND ON HER NAME TAG IT SAYS SHE IS THE OFFICE MANAGER AND HELPED HER DO THE LATE CHECK OUT AT PROCESS (MIND YOU THIS OFFICE MANAGER HAVE A LOLLIPOP ON HER MOUTH THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME J FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS). BUT THEN AGAIN, WHO AM I TO COMPLAIN RIGHT? DAYS LATER, I CHECKED MY BANK AND I GOT CHARGED FOR $100. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND SPOKE WITH THIS RAY/REI. I HAD TRIED TO ASK HER QUESTION WHY I GOT CHARGE FOR $100 IF IT SAYS ON THE SITE IT STATED THAT IF YOU CHECK OUT AT 1 PM-CHARGE FEE IS $50. IF CHECK OUT IS AT 3 PM THEN ITS A $100. I HAD TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HER THAT I CHECKED OUT AT 1 PM.BUT IM NOT SURE IF SHE HEARD ME BECAUSE SHE JUST KEPT ON BLABBERING THIS AND THAT AND THAT SHE WORKS THERE AND SHE KNOWS IT ALL. SHE WOULDN'T EVEN LET ME FINISH EXPLAINING. IN SHORT, "YOU CAN EXPRESS WHAT YOUR TRYING TO EXPLAIN OR GET CLARIFITION" BECAUSE SHE WILL BLOCKED WHATEVER YOUR TRYING TO SAY. I MEAN IF YOU KNOW IT ALL THEN WHY DIDNT YOU KNOW THAT WHAT IS SAYS ON THE SITE OR BOOKING.COM...THEN AGAIN, IM JUST A PAYING CUSTOMER.

Location was good. Room was spacious. And the staff was informative and knowledgeable about things to do and places to eat.

Shower drained very slow but not a huge problem for us.
