Lamp didn't work, a wall was dirty and gooey, all the clocks had the wrong time, there was a flash in the middle of the night like a camera flash. Made us feel uneasy.

It’s clean and spacious! Love, love, love the pool and activities and the breakfast is exceptional!

They could use additional parking.

Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. Amenities were great

The floor was soaked through the entire carpet in front of our room and the ceiling had fallen through and it was just left all night to sit and continue to leak down the walls even after we told staff. The pool was advertised as heated and definitely was not. It was freezing cold. The hot tub and pool both had stains and just looked under kept. Which is a shame because the facilities could be so beautiful and enjoyed. The arcade was barely an arcade. It had three games but more like 1 and a half. We put money in one and it wouldn’t even register we put multiple dollars in the screen wouldn’t even change if we pressed any buttons. We told the staff and they said we had to come back at 8 in the morning to get our money back and we had to leave before then. We tried the only other working game was a claw machine, we picked up toys three times, each time it literally opened as soon as it got to the top. Seems very dishonest. The breakfast was more like a shelter provided meal with the absolute worst ingredients that could be passed as an item. The bananas were dark green, the maple syrup was more like sweet water that just made my waffles wet and unappetizing. The milk was more like white water and that was 2% We did enjoy the pool aside from it being freezing I just sat in the hot tub most the time. Those just could have been kept up better and the temperature tolerable to swim. Everything else I looked forward to staying here was 0/10 of an experience. Especially for over 100$ a night that was the cheapest scammer way to pass off amenities I’ve ever seen. Definitely not a good way to conduct business at that price. At the front desk, I heard another guest being offered a room for two nights for less then what I paid for my one night. That’s more the value than what I was charged. Two of my pillows didn’t even have cases when we got there. Just really a disappointing experience meant to be a reward for my kids and a fun time.
