"A ne pas recommencer"

J'avais fais une réservation via booking.com, arrivé sur place nous avons du attendre une heure pour pouvoir accéder à notre chambre. (la personne sur place était de très bonne composition mais non formée et livrée à elle-même). Il a fini par trouver un pass pour permettre d'avoir accès à note chambre. Dans la salle de bains, un carreau de carrelage au sol était complètement descellé, et j'ai failli tomber.
