The Langstone Quays

For such a lovely location I thought that this hotel was very tired looking and could do with updating, especially for the cost of the nights stay. The bathroom could do with updating as they still have shower curtains, which I think are quite unhygienic. You could barely use the shower gel/shampoo dispensers due to the poor fittings they were held in. Some lights in the room didn’t work and the hairdryer looked sticky and not very nice to use. Although the rooms didn’t have A/C, they did provide too fans, one of which was a Dyson. I thought that the reception on arrival could have warned us that we would have had to queue in the morning for breakfast, as there didn’t seem to be enough room to cater for guests if they all came down at once.

Beautiful location, hotel was well equipped, Staff extremely friendly and the breakfast buffet was high quality.

Good. Would have been better if lift available in the hotel.

Little dated rooms, facilites under repair currently. Good bar and restaurant.

My room was lovely, staff were great and the breakfast was really good. Easy to park my van and the area around the hotel was brilliant.

Was a lovely stay the only thing was the fan lead wasn’t very long so couldn’t move it.

Friendly and efficient staff

In places the decor needs tidying up and worn carpets in corridors. Our room was spacious and clean. A runner had come off the wardrobe door so impossible to move it. All staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Decent size car park. Hotel lovely and quiet overnight.

Very good hotel, with great swimming pool

Room was clean and had a lovely harbour view. The included full English breakfast was very good and the staff on reception and in the restaurant were always very accommodating.
