The Hotel staff is wonderful. The shuttle they offer from airport pick up and then anywhere you need to go is exceptional. Then to the cruise line and airport again. A great gesture on the side. Definitely recommend.

I was very disappointed by this hotel. We were registered as 3 people in a King studio and we only were given 2 bath towels. When I asked the font desk person for a third towel she gave me a hard time. Were we supposed to share towels? Secondly in 73 years of travel I’ve never been in a hotel that didn’t have blackout shades. That made the night much more difficult. The elevator carpets were dirty. The breakfast was mediocre. In between my first and second helping of oatmeal the staff had significantly watered down the oatmeal I assume to make it more plentiful. Not good.
