Company had attempted to charge me on arrival despite me already being booked through booking and therefore the money had already come out my bank. They stated they will not charge and have done so anyway and are now avoiding responding to contact.

Staff were pleasant, room wasn't great , didn't see any one for 3 nights no one checked on linen etc , towels rail fell off , hairs in the bath, can only shower if your 3 foot, stood on a finger or toe nail but it wasn't ours...... restaurant was non existant
