We arrived late in the evening for our stay and the one thing that caught my attention as soon as we walked in through the side door was how clean and pleasant it smelled. That says so much about how a property is taken care of. We only stayed one night but everything was very good.

The A/C was not working properly. Telephone was not connected. The power outlet not working. Tv was damaged. Shower curtain had a piece of something stuck to it. Just not a good experience.

Beds where comfy room was clean and spacious overall good place to stay only complain would be the day we tried to sleep in we noticed the paper thin walls we could here doors open/closing, people talking in the hallways but we did try to sleep to noon so I understood ppl would be on the go but night and morning it was pretty quiet.

It was in a good location; the Mall was across the Expressway and Lots of restaurants close by. When you walk I. You can see It was clean. It had a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Coffee and all items to have coffee.

Have been here for little over a year and its the best place in Brownsville by far. From the best and kindest staff to their amazing manager Alex the entire stay has been great. Always above and beyond with everything. Thank you all for taking care of us and treating us like family, that's how we will always look back at you.
