Staff was very nice and brought more pillows and change for the washer/dryer

Close to ubu. The room was very very well appointed for the price.

The hotel is a little worn. However, it was a great stay overall.

Staff was nice, location was good and parking was good.

The ice machine was broken and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The location. The breakfast was horrible. Not real food. The carpeting in the room was old and musty. The bathroom in the room was in serious need of a remodel. The bathtub caulking was moldy. We had spent the previous night in a place, a competitor, for the same price and they offered “real” food for breakfast and a clean nice room. The only thing your place had going for it was the location.

check-in and -out went well. The public areas and our room were clean.

We have stayed here many times over the past 10 years or so. Every time we see it in the last couple of years, the condition of the building seems to have deteriorated a bit more, with peeling wallpaper in the hallways and sometimes rugs there that are worn out. On our last visit, the included breakfast that we used to consider to be outstanding was certainly less than that. With about an hour and a half to go during the breakfast period, we found the scrambled eggs to be gone -- and it was 15 or 20 minutes before they were replaced. The two containers for hot coffee both were empty. They finally were refilled when the eggs were brought. Breakfast sausage was available, but the customary bacon was not. Breakfast muffins also were missing. The waffle maker appeared not to be working correctly mechanically, and a fellow guest displayed what appeared to be a serious burn he said he received the previous morning. He said that the waffle maker that imparted it still had not been repaired despite his reporting his injury at the desk the previous day.

The property is beyond clean and I was very impressed. The layout of my particular room was a little strange, and it was right next to the elevator so I was a little concerned at first that it might be noisy but at least during that stay, it was not.

There’s not really anything I did not like although it is a little bit loud with traffic. My room on the third floor had a window that opened, but did not have a screen, therefore I did not open it because I didn’t want flies in my room.
