Amazing!great hotel with a private-like beach, big pools, excellent facilities, nice environment...very rich breakfast and excellent service

I got a room full of insects, ants mainly, the staff came in sprayed it with chemicals while I was inside the room, which caused me headaches and vomiting. After the 3rd night they offered me a different room. In room, dining was not as expected. The food tasted like nothing, the price compared to the accommodation is huge

Most of all, location and staff friendliness

It didn’t match the 5* experience. There were many housekeeping mishaps, I’ve shared feedback with the team there, hope they’ll find it useful. I’m not used to complaining so I’ll leave it at that, hope they can rectify this for next guests. No VIP perks were granted.

Really enjoyed it, excellent staff, especially in the front desk. Rooms are great but the ecostics-sound is not the best, all noises from outside sounds like in the room itself

The hotel has a good potential to be great. It is in a prime location with good facilities. However it lacks so much in service. They ruined our first day because our room was not ready until 5.30pm. Service was slow everywhere and a lot of the staff were indifferent. A few good employees really care about the well being of the guests. Our room was not cleaned even though we put the sign on the door. Nobody knew why this happened. They let us check out late because of the mess-up, but the overall experience was well below expectations.

Grand Resort is a wonderful place for relaxed and comfortable holidays. The property is well maintained, the facilities are great and the staff very friendly and helpful. It was worth the money and we’d definitely go back again. Highly recommended!

Loved the hotel,the room was very comfortable for a family and the staff were all kind and accomodating our every need.rich breakfast,great pool area,nice beach,long seaside walking road,amazing cocktails and good food. Tried the spa as well,the therapist is top!
