Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast options were great. Staff was very nice and helpful

There were two inconveniences but one was understandable. When I turned down the sheets I found a small bug, not sure what it was but I actually got it into a tissue and took it to the front desk. I don’t think it was a bug bed. Staff immediately moved us to another room and repotted the incident. Another issue which was not the hotels fault but there was a water leak in the building so they sent calls to all the rooms to let guests know that the water would need to be shut off for 2 hours for maintenance.

Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was great. No complaints. One thing that would be nice in the future is to have smart TVs we could log in to our personal streaming services. That's it though.

We always stay at the holiday inn when we visit idaho falls it is in the middle of everything we need so we dont have to drive very much.
