Baymont by Wyndham San Antonio Airport

The location and fast check in. Parking lot is lighted and safe area. Staff was short and not cared about requests. Just said that's what's available

The mattress and mattress protector were stained with large brown stains. The mattress it felt was so dirty w hairs and stains and dead bugs. The facility smelled too much of cooking . The sheets on the bed smelled like seasoning and thus my clothes and body smelled alike after spending the night there!!

The front desk gentleman was very polite and respectful.

The room was very small. It could've been cleaned better as I found clumps of matted hair under the flat sheet. There was a very bad smell in the room.

Sleep was great. Beds and pillows were amazing

Pictures were a 10 and the room was a 6 on a rating scale

Room was extra dirty, pillows were stained yellow, bed was stained with blood , pubic hairs in restroom and floor was full of crumbs and cigarette butts

The hotel was extremely dirty, the sheets were not clean. The whole hallway area smelled like cigarettes, the pillows were yellow with blood stains. The mattress had a huge blood stain in the upper left corner. This hotel will be reported to public health sanitation. Not to mention the urine stains in the mattress. We did not stay in this hotel at all.

The room I paid for had roaches and I decided I wanted my refund instantly, Called booking to retrieve that refund and still waiting on an answer.

The hotel was in a convenient location, and the person checking people in was very patient & kind.

The bathroom in our room was so dirty. I don’t think it had ever been cleaned. I had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean it myself.
