The security lock to my door was missing and the privicy lock did not work either. The bathroom door was coming off the hindges. Room 122 I can't believe in this day and age that they would allow this to happen.

"The room definitely didn’t match the pictures online."

The bed was pretty comfortable

The quality of the room, maybe it was because I had a pet but we had an ugly room. And it wasn’t the cleanest.

The cleaning staff was very attentive. The breakfast area was always clean and stocked.
